Polishing, Loading, & Passivating
Customers often need special processes for their particular float or tank application. For example polishing might be required in a food environment. If a specific finished weight is required floats can be loaded with a variety of materials such as sand, shot, or even water. A fixed load can be attached to the interior of the float if needed. Some customers require magnets be located within the float balls to actuate switches.
These additional processes can be provided for the float or tank customer to satisfy those special needs.
